Job Placement in STEM Fields in Indonesia
Part of the ATLAS Proect
The consortium GFA-AMC-CEI has been awarded for the detailed design and implementation of the Female Workforce Development and Job Placement in STEM Fields in Indonesia (hereafter referred to as “Women in STEM”) component of the ATLAS Project.
This component aims to increase the number of women pursuing STEM education and obtaining employment in five provinces of Indonesia, including specific job opportunities created under the ATLAS Project.
Women in STEM activity consists of two main categories:
• Category 1 is to strengthen the STEM pipeline of women workplace development and enhancement.
• Category 2 is to support workplace development and advancement.
In the base period, the consultant must conduct a workshop as part of the initial framework design ground-truthing.
The information gathered from the workshop is expected to contribute to a comprehensive preliminary design.
