TSR 2.0

The TSR 2.0 project supported the Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (KADIN Indonesia) on national and sub-national level through Kadin Capacity Development Program, which developed the capacity of KADIN in providing services to encourage high quality Technical and Vocational, Education and Training (TVET) in industries.

The pilot project of KCD was implemented by KADIN Indonesia together with KADIN province West Java, Central Java, East Java, and Special Region Yogyakarta from August 2022 and concluded in October 2023.  KADIN Indonesia encourages the scaling up to other provinces, through a series of TVET campaigns. 

The evaluation and lesson learned of pilot KCD project were consolidated resulted in guidelines and campaign materials .  This campaign targets the local stakeholders, including regional KADIN, local government officials, and companies, to potentially support the local implementation of KCD in their regions.  

Our Role

Asian Management Consulting (AMC) provided technical and coordination support for the design and execution of the KCD Outreach Campaign, focusing on the following key areas:

Consolidation of results and lessons learned from the pilot project into campaign materials and guidelines.

Group meeting

Strategic communication support, including the development of promotional tools such as brochures, posters, and videos to effectively convey KCD’s impact.

Stakeholder coordination, ensuring meaningful engagement between KADIN Indonesia, provincial KADINs, local governments, and industry partners.

Campaign concept development, outlining the strategy and framework for scaling up the initiative nationwide.
